Our History

TP Fire & Security Ltd was the product of hard work and long hours from our chairman Mr Terry Young in 1990, starting his vision from humble beginnings within a rural village in Norfolk, the company has grown exponentially and now boasts Offices in London and the Midlands providing reliable service to customers new and old, local and corporate national contracts.

We still carry the same values today as we did in the 90's. Well paid, well qualified engineers, who value quality and take pride in their work. Ensuring our customer benefits from a service that is reliable, friendly, flexible and honest with NO HIDDEN CHARGES.

Help Desk Support Systems

Any initial support query or enquiry will be answered by our manned help desk, giving you access to one of our fully trained engineering staff, no matter when you call. As part of our service we answer calls and provide detailed advice on client issues from insurance and legislative matters through to operational questions on detection equipment and alarm apparatus.

Fully Operational Call Out

If we cannot resolve your situation through our help desk, your case is instantly escalated to the engineering support team. Following notification of any fault, a technician will arrive at your site with the appropriate skills and any spare parts or equipment required to repair your fire detection and prevention equipment, and restore full functionality.
