Established in 1991 T&P Fire Ltd are a progressive company growing on its reputation gained in East Anglia. Significant growth has been achieved over the past 3 years and we are now able to offer our services to most areas in England with the aim of achieving full national coverage within 5 years.
Our aim is to provide all customers with a long term high quality service. We have years of experience in the fire industry and our staff have the technical knowledge to assist all our clients. We are able to design, supply and install, commission and carry out planned maintenance to most systems and makes of equipment.
We have a comprehensive customer database enabling us to keep track of all jobs, both current and historic, including pre-planned maintenance schedules.
Our friendly office staff can give you direct access to our technical department, quotations or any other information you require. All staff are directly employed and we employ over 50 fully qualified field service/installation engineers along with 2 apprentices. This enables us to offer a 4hr response time for a call out to any of our contract clients.
To keep up with demand and reduce down time we have over £100K of stocked items at any one time, this resource is also open to the trade. This is controlled by our integrated computerised stock control system.
We have our own in house quality control and are aiming for full ISO 9001:2000 accreditation later this year. We are members of FIA and the NICEIC.
We use Road Angel Fleet real-time monitoring and reporting capabilities to track the activities of our service engineers and identify the nearest available for a call-out. This will help T&P Fire to maintain its Duty of Care commitment to its mobile workers, and help ensure compliance with Working Time Directive regulations.
